Description
I just installed keybase on my windows 7 64 bit PC. I see the keybase icon on the taskbar but on trying to open it, it shows the message "Connecting UI services to crypto engine...This may take a few seconds" and stays that way.
I don't see any files in %appdata%\Keybase\logs\
In task manager I see 4 processes called Keybase and 2 called Keybase utility.
