Description
Hi there,
I've recently had to restore my iPhone and when I opened Keybase it would only allow me to create a new device. I couldn't re-use the name (it displayed a message about security), so I modified the name slightly and then revoked the previous device.
Is there a better way to do this? I don't restore my phone that often, but I do have other devices that I sometimes use for development.

Research direction
Review the device-restore behavior described in this issue and the possibly related #2332. Determine what supported path should exist after restoring an iPhone, including whether the previous device identity can be reused; the issue is complete when that path is defined and implemented or documented.
