Keybase locks up when clicking on new chat or the text input field

Keybase keeps locking up on the new Windows Insider Builds. If you try to click on the text input field, or switch to a chat with another person, Keybase will lock up and get a not responding tag for approximately 30-40 seconds, then go back to normal.

I don't know what you need to me to get in order to help track down the issue further. I did submit a feedback report to the Windows Insider team but haven't heard back from them.

Reproduce the lockup on the reported Windows Insider builds by opening a new chat and clicking the text input field, then compare the behavior with the feedback report submitted to the Windows Insider team. Done means identifying the cause of the 30–40 second not-responding state and verifying that both interactions return to normal.
