Android: I see exploded msg's but they are bugged

when I change WIFI or networks, I see most of msg's wrote on tea mchat as exploded while I was on none network.. I'm traveling, so only on android, not on my laptops, when I change wifi or from country network etc all the msg's that were wrote while I was off a network will show up later as exploded... so can't see them I asked all people on our team if they are deleting them, and they are not, I log in with my laptop and I can see them just fine.. :( this is very annoying and only started to happens after the last android keybase update.

Start by reproducing the Android chat behavior while changing Wi-Fi or cellular networks, focusing on messages sent while offline that later appear exploded. Compare the same conversation on Android and a laptop. Done means offline messages display normally after reconnection and the behavior is covered by an appropriate regression check.
