Description
In the Keybase GUI app (on Mac at least, possibly other platforms as well) the "Store encrypted private key on Keybase's server" checkbox is obscured by the textarea element (which contains the pubkey) if the application window is not expanded large enough. This is a problem because it leads users to skip over the option, especially since the checkbox is unchecked by default (which is preferable from the security perspective but combined with the checkbox not being visible leads to problems in many use cases).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Keybase GUI app form on Mac with the window kept small, focusing on the textarea containing the public key and the “Store encrypted private key on Keybase's server” checkbox. The fix is done when the checkbox remains visible and usable without expanding the window, including at the reported compact size.
