Description

I'm pretty surprised that I can't log in. I practiced my pass work until it was in muscle memory and I could type it in flawlessly one after another. So that's weird. I also tried it on the website.

Stranger still is that when I go to recover my password I am told I don't have any paper keys available. I look over at my laptop and type in `keybase device list` and see that this is indeed not true.

edit: I also know that it works. When the power was out I had to use a paper key to set up my account on the aforementioned laptop.

edit2: Oh, I was able to reset the password. As implied I was still logged in on my laptop, so I used that. However, had that not been the case, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

Also, I'm on keybase 2.6.0 (client and server) on my desktop and 2.3 on my laptop.

Research direction

Start by reproducing `keybase passphrase recover` on the reported client and server versions, then compare its paper-key state with `keybase device list` and the website recovery flow. Done means recovery recognizes available paper keys and no longer reports that none are available.
