Cannot upload files

Windows user here. I was previously able to upload files to keybase to share with someone. I have not done so for maybe 3 months, but I've been using chat on keybase without incident in the meantime.

Today I tried uploading files the same way that had worked previously, no go. I cannot use the WIndows gui to move files over into the keybase window. I tried installing the new "Dokan library bundle" (version 1.1.0.2000) that was suggested in the files section, but the upload file and upload folder options both do nothing after install. Nothing happens and there is no error message. I rebooted my machine again, same issue.

I tried doing the keybase log send and it responded with - ERROR not confirmed, even though I believe I confirmed it.

Start by reproducing the upload and upload-folder failures in the Windows GUI after installing Dokan library bundle 1.1.0.2000, and inspect the reported keybase log-send confirmation error. Done means file and folder uploads work again and log sending completes with confirmation.
