I can recover my passphrase

I logout and when I taped my passphrase was not correct. So I changed and the same issue keybase say that is not correct. "Bad passphrase server rejected login attempt".
keybase is installed on mac os x el capitain.
How can I recover my account? Thank you so much for your help.
