Can't provision new device with paper key.

Hello! I just recently re-installed windows which deleted keybase along with it. I'm only logged into keybase on my phone now, and i cannot reset my passphrase due to the "You have a paper key still active!" and, the old installation of windows is still a provisioned device I forgot to remove. Please help me reset my account!
