iPad use glitches

Hey,

First of all, Thanks for the WebApp.

I've done the registration on an iPad and it has a few issues.

1) buttons are enabled on lost focus of text box and not on change. Therefore after filling a text on iPad I need to loose text focus which is difficult in there and not really user friendly.
2) Buttons with tooltips show tooltip on first click and action on second. That's not that cool though O think it's bootstrap and other frameworks default option.

Start by reproducing the two reported behaviors in the WebApp on an iPad: button enablement after text entry and tooltip-bearing button clicks. Inspect the existing focus, change, and tooltip handling, then verify that buttons respond without requiring focus loss and that a tooltip does not consume the first action click.
