Description
Rebooted and everything, just plain nonfunctional on Windows 7. The first video shows it can't launch a GUI.

Then, I run "Keybase" from the start menu and yank a GUI out of think air [ignoring the superfluous tray icon that has no function] and then the second video shows that it's completely incapable of generating a PGP key even if using my login password *for* my Keybase account.
