Cannot delete Rekey Needed Conversations

After I reset my account, my conversations have Rekey Needed and the notification bubble still shows up. I'd like to be able to delete these convos.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the post-reset state and tracing how the client marks conversations as “Rekey Needed,” displays the notification bubble, and handles deletion; done means affected conversations can be deleted and the notification clears.
