Unable to delete account

In Keybase desktop version `1.0.40-20180127033950+76a4b90c9`, clicking **Setting** > **Delete Me** > **Delete my account forever** > **Yes permanent delete it** throws following error, and can't delete account at all.

Start by reproducing the account-deletion flow in desktop version 1.0.40-20180127033950+76a4b90c9: Settings > Delete Me > Delete my account forever > Yes permanent delete it. Inspect the reported AccountDelete RPC failure in the bundled desktop client; done means the flow no longer fails with the devel-only RPC error and the account can be deleted.
