Description

In the client GUI, it is not possible to re-add members of a team locked out for changing their keys / resetting their account. When attempting to invite, the button stays greyed out when they are selected and they show a check as they're already a member. Clicking on them in the member list produces no response, so you cannot remove them first as a workaround to add them back. Clicking other users (not locked out) correctly produces the remove/edit dialog.

Tested on:
Windows 10 Enterprise
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.37-20171208122006+523e543

Google Pixel 2
Android 8.1.0
Keybase mobile version: 1.0.37-20171208165000+65cdc1f16

As symptoms are identical on both, I suspect this affects Linux and MAC as well, but have not yet tested.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the member-list and invite flows described on Android and Windows, checking both a locked-out member and a normal member. Trace the existing GUI behavior for selecting, removing, and re-adding team members; done means reset-account members can be removed and invited again without changing the working behavior for other users.
