Description
Using the website (presumably using the command line tool too), there is no way to link a Facebook page to a Keybase account.
The Facebook verification process seems only able to validate the proof if posted on a personal profile timeline. Not when posted on a Facebook page.
As a typical use case, when using a Facebook Page to promote a business, it might be desirable to prove the identity of the "owner" of that page.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Facebook verification process on the website and command line tool, along with related issue #2949. Determine how proofs from personal profile timelines are validated and define equivalent handling for Facebook pages. Done means a Facebook page can be linked to a Keybase account and its ownership can be verified.
