decrypting file encrypted with now revoked key

So from my research, I think I know the answer to this question, but I thought I'd post anyway just in case I'm missing something.

I encrypted a file several months ago on a laptop I no longer have. At the time I had that laptop provisioned as a device, along with one backup paper key.

Fast forward: new laptop, revoked the old laptop, lost the paper key, revoked that as well.

Now when I try to decrypt the file, I'm told no suitable device key is available. I'm suggested to use either of these now revoked keys.

New development, I found the paper key that I previously revoked.

Is there any way for me to decrypt this file?

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by tracing the Keybase client behavior for decrypting files when the available device and paper keys have been revoked. Done means establishing whether the recovered revoked key can decrypt the file, or documenting that this is unsupported.
