I have a similar problem to the one in: https://github.com/keybase/client/issues/6988
When I follow the link from the desktop app or from command line I receive "Error 403. Bad input.".
I am not sure how (and if) I can debug the issue to provide more info.

Start by reproducing the Facebook verification flow from both the desktop app and the command line, then compare the behavior with issue 6988. Trace where the verification link is generated and where the 403 "Bad input" response is surfaced. Done means identifying the cause and documenting or fixing the failing verification path.
