Description
I have an issue, where I just joined Keybase, created two teams in the hype, after which I revoked my device. Unlike [dhruvio's issue here](https://github.com/keybase/keybase-issues/issues/3073), `keybase team list-memberships` doesn't show me as owner and I can also not reclaim the teams I've previously created.
`keybase team create teamname`
▶ ERROR team already exists (code 2619)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the device-revocation flow, then compare `keybase team list-memberships` and `keybase team create teamname` with the related issue 3073. Trace the team ownership and reclamation behavior from those CLI entry points; done means a creator can recover ownership after revoking a device without the existing-team error.
