Can't delete account (even I haven't been in a team)

I downloaded keybase android app, signed my FB, Twitter, Github and DNS.
Today I logged in via website on PC and decided to delete account to make a new one with my actual name as username and got this error:
"Error In Deletion: Account deletion of users who are or once were in teams is temporarily disabled; please bear with us while we fix a bug here"
But I haven't joined/created any team nor I wrote anyone.

Reproduce the reported path by creating an account in the Android app, signing the listed services, then attempting deletion through the website without joining a team. Trace the account-deletion check that reports prior team membership; done means a user with no team history can delete the account successfully.
