Description

I assume this has something to do with the encrypted file sharing stuff, so I clicked on it. Nothing appeared to happen.
Turns out an installer dialog has appeared *behind* the keybase app.

Popping an installer dialog and asking for a "Repair" action is kind of an unusual way to enable a feature, and it's not obvious to users that this is what they meant to do. I would recommend some sort of copy that says "We need to launch an installer to enable this feature. You will need to run a Repair action."
Clicking Repair and continuing along the path, now I am asked to open a strangely named exe file. I have no idea what or where this file is. I don't know what `dokanclean.exe` is or does, either

At this point I can't really do anything but cancel out.

Research direction
The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points; it describes a Windows Explorer flow, installer dialogs, and the unexplained dokanclean.exe prompt. Start by reproducing the flow and tracing the client-to-installer path; done means the feature can be enabled without a hidden dialog or an unexplained cancellation point.
