[Android] Error provisioning during initial login

Description
Trying to login for the first time at this android device using my keybase username with the passphrase (as I don't have my only other Keybase provisioned device with me), I enter my device name and click continue, and I get:
There was an error provisioning
Unknown error: missing paper key in login context
