Description

I keep received email like below, even I logined johnw device.

How can I do to solve it?

Thanks.

----------------------------------------

johnwmail -

The following folder needs your quick attention:

/keybase/private/johnwmail
The problem is that your new devices can't access it. Fixing this is easy - just do one of the following:

with device johnw: just open the Keybase app, and it will rekey automatically
Until you perform one of the above actions, the folder will be inaccessible to your newer devices. The Keybase servers cannot fix this, because the Keybase servers aren't you. They will never be you. They can hardly run dockers, let alone human sims.

Crypto forever,
Keybase

Research direction

The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the rekey prompt with the existing johnw device and the /keybase/private/johnwmail folder, then trace the documented device-rekey flow. Done means newer devices can access the folder without the warning recurring.
