Feature request: RSS feed for keybase.pub?

There are a couple of use cases in which it would be handy for there to be an automatically generated RSS or ATOM feed for public directories on keybase.pub. For example, I intend to distribute software from my site and it would be helpful if there was an RSS feed that would be updated every time a file changed or the directory's contents changed.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the keybase.pub public-directory handling, then define whether RSS or Atom is required, what changes trigger an update, and how completion will be verified.
