Recovery email not received

Hello, I'm having an issue similar to issue #2889

I'm user jsfdr; I joined during the alpha, was able to verify git and reddit and my personal website. I've since forgotten my passphrase.

Now when I try and log in with an email, rather than username, none of my email address are recognized. I requested the password reset and never saw the subsequent email. Further searching shows no keybase emails anywhere in my email archives, aside from the initial invitation.

Unlike the issue noted above, I've retained my public and private .asc files. Can anything be done here?
