It would be great if you could add information regarding the users' followers to the `GET /user/lookup` API endpoint (useful for us at [Bitrated](https://www.bitrated.com/) for [the integration](http://i.imgur.com/A4AuVav.png) we [recently added](https://twitter.com/bitrated/status/833730908633055237)).
