Hi all,
I'm just curious, I attended FOSDEM [Key Signing Party](https://fosdem.org/2017/keysigning/) and I noticed some (6 in fact) [users](https://ksp.fosdem.org/files/ksp-fosdem2017.txt) with Keybase UIDs like `keybase.io/pdostal ` and IMHO it's cool, I want to do that as well but I don't know how.
Can I just create UID like that? Why those people did it in the same way? I mean it's fake email address... or is it documented somewhere?
