Confusing labeling for password fields when uploading private PGP Key

The first field is labeled with "There's an existing passphrase on the key" (I don't see the order or question) and the second is labeled with "Keybase passphrase". For the first time this was very confusing to me. I would expect sth. like "Please enter the passphrase for your uploaded PGP key" and "Please enter your Keybase login password".

Start by finding the private PGP key upload flow and the two password-field labels described in the issue. Update the wording so one label requests the uploaded key's passphrase and the other requests the Keybase login password; done when their purposes are unambiguous.
