Happens after ignoring the folders and deleting them as well

Reproduce the failure with `keybase chat name test` using the private conversation `heihachi,name`, then inspect the reported `standard.go:200` error and the server conversation/TLF name mismatch. Check whether ignoring and deleting the folders changes the failure; done means the message sends without the mismatch error.
