keybase passphrase recover - required to enter old passphrase

Hi.

I have lost my passphrase, and try to follow this solution #2759.
The problem is that 'keybase passphrase recover' require me to enter my original passphrase.
That question comes after I enter my new passphrase twice.

Version:
Client: 1.0.18-20161104184826+1bf9718
Service: 1.0.18-20161104184826+1bf9718

How can I then recover/reset my passphrase?

Start with the `keybase passphrase recover` command and compare its behavior with the recovery solution in issue #2759. Determine why it still requests the original passphrase after the new passphrase is entered, and verify the intended recovery or reset flow before considering the issue done.
