No Notification Confirming Deleted Files In Keybase Folders Were Synced With Keybase Servers

I'm using the Keybase client on my Windows 10 machine, and I noticed that I get a notification in the Windows Action Center whenever I create or update a file in one of the Keybase File System folders (i.e. "K:\public", "K:\private", etc.). However, I do not get any notification when I delete a file from one of those folders. I confirmed that deletes are being synced to the Keybase servers correctly. It's just confusing that you get a notification for almost every other action but not deletes. I would suggest adding a notification for whenever a file in one of those folders is deleted. Otherwise people might think that deleting files doesn't get synced to Keybase's servers.
