Issue & Suggestion for Windows client: Passphrase popup

Currently, the Windows client continues to ask for the passphrase until it is entered. After closing it once, it is safe for the program to assume that I do not need to use it at the moment. It could stay minimized in system tray without continually asking for the passphrase.

Start by reproducing the repeated passphrase popup in the Windows client and locating the client code that handles the popup dismissal and system-tray minimization. Done means that closing the popup stops further prompts while the client remains minimized in the system tray.
