Issue & Suggestion for Windows client: Right click on system tray icon

Currently, right clicking on the icon in system tray opens up the widget for the folders feature. It should prompt you with several options, including: Quit, hide, etc. Clicking on the icon should open up a minimal control panel or the full application. When left clicking, it should also close the expanded system tray, as to not block itself.

Start at the Windows client's system-tray icon entry point and trace the existing right- and left-click behavior. Done means right-clicking presents options such as Quit and hide, left-clicking opens the requested control panel or application behavior, and the expanded tray closes without blocking it.
