Description
Using Windows 10.
When attempting to copy a file to someone else's public folder, k:\public (I realise this should not work)
Notification message comes up in bottom right of screen:
**Keybase: Access denied**
You does not have read access to /keybase/public/
I think this should read:
**Keybase: Access denied**
You _do_ not have _write_ access to _k:\public_

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Windows 10 notification when copying a file to someone else’s public folder, using the reported k:\public path. Find where the “Access denied” notification text is defined, then verify that the message uses the correct grammar, write-access wording, and user-facing path.
