Windows version keeps popping window asking to either repair or uninstall

I recently updated to v1.0.17-20160822152935+692af12. Now, whenever I resume from hibernation a window pops up asking me to either repair or uninstall (or cancel, which I choose). The first time I saw this I selected Repair. This completely cleanly as far as I can tell. The window still appears, though.

I did attempt to send the logs but I got the following:

I don't know if that would be part of the problem with the repair/uninstall since the logs did get sent successfully:

I'm using Windows 7 Professional.

Start by reproducing the reported behavior on Windows 7 after resuming from hibernation, using the affected version v1.0.17-20160822152935+692af12 and log ID cabad6f8384a0764f7fbbf1c. Investigate why the repair or uninstall prompt returns after Repair; done means the prompt no longer appears and log collection succeeds without the missing keybase.start.log warning.
