Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a device (keybase login), name it "macbook"
  2. Click "reset my keys & start from scratch" on your own profile
  3. Add same device (keybase login) try to name it "macbook"
  4. Error: "Device name is already in use by this user (error 1408)"
