Description

The tray icon when hovered over with the mouse on top doesn't say what app it is. Every other app I have has a description tooltip (eg: "Bluetooth Devices").

Windows 10 Enterprise, up to date.

Research direction

Reproduce the missing tray tooltip on an up-to-date Windows 10 Enterprise installation and locate the Keybase client’s Windows tray-icon implementation. Done means hovering over the icon displays a descriptive application name, matching the behavior reported for other apps.
