Description
aragorn:/home/swinter/scratch # rpm --install --force keybase_amd64.rpm
warning: keybase_amd64.rpm: Header V4 RSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 656d16c7: NOKEY
error: Failed dependencies:
libXScrnSaver is needed by keybase-1.0.16.20160728160033.4e1c5b4-1.x86_64
You need X screen saver libs? Anyway, works without, just like one would think :-)
aragorn:/home/swinter/scratch # rpm --install --nodeps keybase_amd64.rpm
warning: keybase_amd64.rpm: Header V4 RSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 656d16c7: NOKEY
aragorn:/home/swinter/scratch # rpm -qil keybase
Name : keybase
Version : 1.0.16.20160728160033.4e1c5b4
Why do I need to login to keybase with my password anyway? Once you have a verified GPG key, and can log into the app with the corresponding private key (yes, the local one which I will not upload to your website, thank you).

Research direction
Reproduce the reported installation on openSUSE Leap 42.1 using the keybase_amd64.rpm commands in the issue, then inspect the package's dependency metadata. Also clarify whether the requested login change is part of this issue; done should mean a defined installation outcome and a documented authentication expectation.
