The same password was working before I reboot, so I suspect there is something fishy around this bug :)

Reproduce the paper-key failure on Fedora 24 with keybase-1.0.16.20160728160033.4e1c5b4-1.x86_64 and the reported 4.6.4-301.fc24.x86_64 kernel. Compare behavior with the previously working password and inspect the Fedora package or client logs; done means the paper key works again after reboot.
