Description

I am using `Windows Home Version 1511 Build 10586.494` and (don't precisely remember the old version).

I got a popup telling me about the "keybase client upgrade" and I decided to initiate one. While installing, Windows produced BlueScreen and after the reboot, keybase app was gone. (When I enter Keybase in the search bar, I expect "Keybase shell" to show up but there was nothing. This is why I think the BS is related to the keybase upgrading...)

And when I tried the latest Windows build and install it again, it warned me that there were ongoing install and I have to undo it, and after I clicked 'do as you wish', it was done without errors. It might be WORKSFORME or is not reproducible, but I think it's worth reporting.

For the record, the current version is as follows. (which was after the upgrade)

```
C:\Users\revi\AppData\Roaming\Keybase>keybase version
Client: 1.0.16-20160722171947+d8e38aa
Service: 1.0.16-20160722171947+d8e38aa
C:\Users\revi\AppData\Roaming\Keybase>
```

Research direction

Start with the reported Keybase client upgrade on Windows Home 1511 and the subsequent reinstall flow described in the issue. Compare whether the upgrade can reproduce the blue screen and missing application; done means the upgrade completes without the reported failure and the Keybase shell remains available.
