Description
I installed keybase and logged in. Unfortunately I missed writing down my paper key, so I tried to revoke the paper key and remove the device in the GUI client (basically I wanted to start over entirely). After doing this I only get the following (both GUI and command line):
``` sh
$ keybase login
Your keybase username or email address: dbosk
▶ ERROR eldest called on user with existing eldest KID
```
I sent the logs as log id adb7927c5b7c4b7ffe51031c, but I doubt they are as useful as they could. I tried to remove everything (from .config, .local, finally also reinstalling), but no difference.
The problem seems similar to #2264. You can reset my account, I haven't put anything there yet.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure with `keybase login` after revoking the paper key and removing the device in the GUI. Review the submitted logs using log ID adb7927c5b7c4b7ffe51031c and compare the behavior with issue #2264. Done means the affected account can log in again without the `eldest KID` error.
