Description
Hi folks,
I've seen a strange issue on Windows 10 after having installed keybase. Once installed, the windows explorer doesn't refreshed properly, it means, for example, if i created a new file or rename a file, this change won't appear automatically until i the folder is refreshed manually by F5 or mouse or whatever. It's not a big issue, but it's really annoying.
I googled and haven't any clue if it's a Windows 10 defect or not. Because once uninstalled, the issue disappear right away. Please shed some light here if anybody has similar experience on Windows 10 before. This behavior doesn't come to anothe machine I gave it a try. So, it might be machine-specific, I just don't know what I can do apart from uninstalled kaybase.
I'll appreciate it very much if any comments here. Thanks

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Windows 10 Windows Explorer behavior described after installing Keybase, comparing file creation and renaming with and without Keybase installed. Determine whether Keybase is responsible and document a reproducible cause or a verified fix; the issue mentions no source files or tests.
