Description
Keybase version: 1.0.16-20160701140709+9c6469c
Downloaded and ran setup as Admin on Windows 10 Pro 6.3 Build 10586 (10586.420.amd64fre.th2_release_sec.160527-1834).
The installer immediately started to reboot my system upon completing. I cancelled the reboot and saw the installer had a 30-second timer ticking down (so, the timer isn't working/premies the reboot).
After restarting and logging into Keybase/Pinentry I got a blue screen of death (BSOD) - "Unexpected_Kernel_Mode_Trap", forcing a reboot. This happened twice.
I was able to send logs ONE time (using "keybase logs send" from command prompt) before getting the second BSOD, but had to uninstall to stabilize my system. I still have logs in my AppData/Roaming/Keybase folder, and can trim them for the new version if they'd be helpful.

Research direction
Start with the Windows setup flow and the logs in AppData/Roaming/Keybase, reproducing the install on the reported Windows 10 build. Use `keybase logs send` when collecting diagnostics. Done means the installer no longer triggers an unexpected reboot and logging into Keybase/Pinentry no longer causes the reported BSOD.
