[KBFS] No way to open user popup

Description
The first time I opened another user's public folder, a card popped up with some info about him and the option to track him. I closed it and now I can't find a way to reopen it. Opening the folder won't bring back the popup.
I'm using keybase client version 1.0.16-20160623163220+f42ff5f on Fedora 24 x86_64
