Large File & Windows Build

I created a dummy.txt file that is 1GB in size and tried copying it over to my Public folder. (testing file size)

I get the following error:

"An unexpected error is keeping you from moving the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.
Error 0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect."

This is using the latest Windows build released today.
