Description

With gpg I can run the command `gpg --decrypt` (hit enter) and then paste in a pgp encrypted message and that works. I tried this with `keybase decrypt` and it appears to work, ie it challenges me for the passphrase for my public key, but when i enter the passphrase and hit return it just prompts me for my passphrase again.

I'm not sure if pasting is supported though?

Research direction

Reproduce the terminal workflow described: compare `gpg --decrypt` with `keybase decrypt` when a pasted PGP message is followed by the public-key passphrase. Start by checking whether `keybase decrypt` accepts pasted input and why it repeats the passphrase prompt; done means the pasted message decrypts successfully or the unsupported-input behavior is clearly documented.
