Running keybase commands in GNU/Linux terminal emulator?

So I don't know what's wrong, but when I try to run keybase commands from the command prompt, such as track, it works. When I run it from Keybase CMD it obviously works, but when I try to run it from git for windows terminal emulator, it doesn't prompt me for Y/n. Neither does cygwin

Reproduce the `track` command in Git for Windows and Cygwin, then compare its interactive behavior with the command prompt and Keybase CMD. Done means the command consistently prompts for a Y/n response in the affected terminal environments.
