Description

I set up keybase on two servers last night, I chose to authenticate via GPG, without exporting the secret key. The installations worked last night, but today they are unable to perform any actions related to keys. Errors given based on the context have been either
`▶ WARNING Failed to load from storage: resource temporarily unavailable` or
`▶ ERROR resource temporarily unavailable`
On homeserv/homserver I have solved this by completely removing keybase from the system and reinstalling/re-signing it. On kserver I've backed up `.cache/keybase` and `.config/keybase`, if analyzing those files will help figure out what went wrong. I'd like to be able to reuse the name kserver as well, but it seems like the dead device sig is preventing me from doing so. Because of this I have not yet fixed kserver completely.
I'd like to provide more info on this, but I'm not really sure what went wrong in the first place. Please let me know what else you need to help.

Research direction
Review the reported errors and the backed-up .cache/keybase and .config/keybase directories from kserver, then compare the failed installation with the reinstall that restored homeserv/homserver. Determine what caused key operations to report unavailable storage and document a reproducible diagnosis or recovery path for the affected device signature.
