Description
When the kbfs mount is in use, the updater offers "Force" or "Later" options, but not a "Retry". I'd like to be able to fix the in-use issue and retry the update right then.

Research direction
Start with the GUI updater flow for an in-use kbfs mount and compare the existing “Force” and “Later” choices. Done means a user can fix the mount issue, choose “Retry,” and resume the update without restarting the updater.
