encrypt hangs in osx

Here is the version information:

With any user that I am tracking I see the following behavior:
keybase pgp encrypt -s -i
...

(hangs forever)

Trace where the command stops after displaying the tracked public-key fingerprint. Done means encryption completes and produces the requested output instead of hanging indefinitely.
