Description
Whether this is a change in Reddit's system or not I do not know, however the system is not autopopulating the 'title' field when using a link from the keybase CLI command, leaving it blank on the Reddit post page. This in turn returns issues with posting, as the title is not made available in readable form to the user from the link, and without knowing the title to use, it may be possible for proofing to fail.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Reddit proof flow from the keybase CLI command and inspect the resulting Reddit post page. Determine why the title is blank, then verify that a readable title is populated and that proof posting no longer depends on guessing it.
